In these Terms and Conditions. “JOIR LTD” “We” and “us” means JOIR LTD (Company Number: 12715360)
“Us” and “you” means any user of the website including any user who makes a purchase through the website ( a “buyer”).
References to the term “dispatched” or “shipped” means the point at which an item or goods leave our building and is handed to the courier.
References to the term “dispatch date(s)” mean the date(s) when the order is handed to be dispatch.
Formation of Agreement
An agreement governing your use of JOIR LTD website, all stages of process and our sale of goods when we receive confirmation of your order is made on basis of these terms and conditions, (this agreement between us is referred in these terms and conditions as the Agreement”).
Buyers must be over the age of 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
JOIR LTD reserves the right to modify this agreement. The terms and conditions in force at the time an order is confirmed will govern any particular order. We will keep a record of Terms and Conditions and dates of any changes made.
Dispatch Dates
JOIR LTD is a specialised online fashion accessory and jewellery company. Providing jewellery are in stock we will dispatch the items within the indicated dates, orders may sometimes take longer when we are awaiting to receive from suppliers.
Payment
Payment will be deducted from the buyer’s debit/ credit card or PayPal account within four (4) working days of an order being accepted by JOIR LTD.
Placing an Order
When placing an order, you should select the required item and add to your basket by clicking on the ‘Add to Basket’ button. You can review the selected item(s) at any time by clicking view button link and continue shopping by clicking on the continue shopping link. Once you have completed your shopping please click on the process to check out button.
You will be asked to enter your name and address details for billing and delivery.
The orders are accepted at our sole discretion provided that the item(s) is (are) available, the orders reflects current pricing, providing you are based in United Kingdom, Republic Ireland or Channel Islands and your credit/debit card or PayPal accounts is authorised for the transaction.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. In the event the item you have order is out of stock. We will inform you as soon as possible, the order relating to unavailable item will be cancel and a full refund will be applied.
Where the ‘Buyer’ made multiple items, the rest of the order remain valid (including all delivery charges).

Cancelling an Order
You have the right to cancel under the consumer contracts information cancellation and additional charges Regulations 2013 to cancel your order at any time before dispatch of the item(s). Once the item(s) is dispatch, we are unable to cancel the order.
We charge £5.95 for deliveries to Mainland UK and £7.95 to Ireland and Channel Islands. We offer Express delivery to Mainland UK for £7.50. Larger size order may incur additional delivery charge.
Failed Delivery
If your order has been dispatched via Royal Mail.
If no one is present at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will take your parcel back to delivery office and leave you a card detailing your parcel has been taken back and give information of what to do next.

If we have shipped you the wrong item or an item hasn’t arrived within 30 business days from the day it shipped then we will be able to offer a refund.
Our 14 day money back guarantee protects you for an entire 14 days from the day you receive your items! This means you can return them for a refund or replacement only if the Item is faulty. We cannot refund any items if they have been worn or used.
Most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business working days of the shipping date; however, it can take up to 10 business days for orders to arrive.
